MNMS is backed by the MNMS National Youth Leaders, the MNMS Advisory Team and the National Youth Spokesperson. The advisory team consists of passionate individuals with years of experience in education, interfaith studies, social enterprise, finance and marketing.
We constantly seek mentorship from some of the most respected Educators, Social Entrepreneurs, and Thought Leaders in this space.
How does MNMS define Empathy and Changemakers?
Empathy - the ability to share and understand another person's feeling.
Changemaker - one who has empathy for others and is moved to action to impact change.
At MNMS we believe the "lack of empathy" is the root cause of a lot of the issues faced by the youth today. We truly believe that a community that is focused on empowering changemakers and "inspiring empathy” at it’s core will start chipping away at issues on school campuses arising from the lack of connectivity.
Why bring the MNMS Program on a school campus?
Our school programs offer a safe environment where students are empowered to become changemakers in our community through empathy, storytelling, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
The MNMS Program:
Creates Leadership Opportunities
Builds Community
Inspires Empathy for all Students on Campus
Engages students in Service Projects
Encourages dialogue on issues of Diversity, Respect, and Inclusion
Empowers students to Take Action
Introduces students to Social Entrepreneurship
Connects students to a network of Young Changemakers
What is the MNMS School Program?
The MNMS School program is designed with the belief that students can be empowered to be "Changemakers" on their campus. These changemakers are student leaders who undertake an idea and shift perspective in a way that it alters the effect that an idea has on a school community.
The program systemically "teaches" the students the skills of a changemaker:
Empathy
Storytelling
Problem Solving
Teamwork
Leadership
The programming available for schools include :

Why "Hope - Believe - Succeed - Inspire"?
We believe that a spark of HOPE that is fanned by an empathetic community instills confidence for someone to BELIEVE. Once that person believes in themselves and surrounds themselves with a positive peer group, they can SUCCEED. Once that success is attained, we believe by telling stories of their journey they are able to INSPIRE in others that spark of HOPE to continue the circle of life.
